The Business plan

Business is the top plan for teams on morphgate.com. It includes everything in Team, and adds controls that larger teams and regulated environments ask for.

What Business adds

Single sign-on
Put the team's vaults behind your identity provider, with OpenID Connect or SAML 2.0. See Single sign-on.
SCIM provisioning
Your identity provider invites and removes members. See SCIM provisioning.
Device approval
New devices wait for approval before they open the team's vaults. See Device approval.
Team session logs
Session recordings of hosts in the team's vaults are kept on morphgate.com. See Session logs.
Audit stream
The team's activity, posted to your own endpoint as it happens. See Audit stream.
Three years of activity log
Instead of one year on Team. See Activity log.

Session logs in your personal vault don't need Business. They're part of the Personal plan.

Try it

A new team's 7-day free trial includes the Business features, so you can set up single sign-on or SCIM before you pay. The owner gets an email shortly before the trial ends. The Business features end with the trial unless the team chooses Business.

Price

139.99 per seat a year, or 19.99 per seat a month, in euros (other amounts in US dollars and pounds), for at least 3 seats. See Plans and billing and the pricing page.

Upgrade or switch

The owner changes the team's plan on the team page at morphgate.com:

  • A team not yet paying picks Team or Business next to the number of seats when it subscribes.
  • A team on Team chooses Upgrade to Business. The difference is charged at once, prorated. If that payment doesn't go through, the upgrade waits until the open invoice is paid.
  • A team on Business chooses Switch to Team. It applies at once, and the difference is credited to the next invoice.

The seats and the billing interval stay the same either way.

If the team leaves Business

Losing Business never quietly loosens access. What you set up keeps protecting the team:

Single sign-on
Stays set up, and stays required if it was. Admins can remove it, but can't change it.
SCIM
The token keeps working for removing people. Adding people is refused.
Device approval
Stays on. Admins can turn it off, and can keep approving or denying devices.
Audit stream
Pauses. Nothing is lost: when Business returns, it sends what it held, within the log's retention. You can still remove it.
Team session logs
Existing recordings stay, and still expire by the team's retention setting. New ones aren't uploaded; they stay on the devices that made them.
Activity log
Events older than one year are deleted.

Self-hosting

The reference server has no plans. Teams on it can use what it supports without paying: device approval and team session logs, set up from the app, and OpenID Connect single sign-on and SCIM, set up from the server's command line. See Run your own sync server.
