Your account page at morphgate.com/account shows your hosted sync account: your email, two-step verification, your plan, your devices and your teams. It's where you subscribe and manage billing.
It never shows what's in your vault. Your vault is end-to-end encrypted, so the website can't show or change hosts, keys or passwords, and it can't change your master password.
Sign in
- From the app
- Open Sync and choose Manage account. Your browser opens the account page already signed in. The link works once, within a minute.
- Without the app
- Go to Sign in and enter your account's email address. If an account uses that address and the address is verified, a sign-in link is on its way. It works once, within 15 minutes. If your account has two-step verification, the page also asks for a code.
Opening a sign-in link shows a Continue to your account button first, so email scanners and link previews can't use it up. You're signed out after 30 minutes without activity, and after 12 hours in any case.
What the page shows
- Account
- Your email address and whether it's verified, whether two-step verification is on, and your plan: the free trial and when it ends, your plan and when it renews, or when it ended.
- Signed-in devices
- Each device's name, platform, when it signed in and when it was last seen. To sign a device out, use the app. See Devices, signing in and signing out.
- Teams
- The teams you belong to, your role, and whether you're still waiting for confirmation. Owners and admins see Manage, which opens the team page.
- Billing
- Subscribe before you pay, and Manage billing and invoices afterwards. See Plans and billing.
- Download your data
- A JSON file of what the server keeps about your account. See Export your data.
The team page
Owners and admins of a team have a team page, reached with Manage. It holds:
- the team's plan and seats used, and your role;
- Device approval, with devices waiting for approval;
- members and pending invites, with Remove and Cancel invite;
- Invite someone;
- Policies;
- Provisioning (SCIM) and Single sign-on;
- Audit stream;
- Recent activity, with Download all activity (CSV);
- Team plan, for the owner: subscribe, upgrade or switch plan, and manage seats, billing and invoices.
Confirming members, giving them vaults, changing roles and rotating keys happen in the app, because they need vault keys. See Teams and roles.
What you change in the app instead
- Two-step verification: Sync, under Account. See Two-step verification.
- Your email address: Change email in the Sync panel, on servers that verify addresses. A code goes to the new address, and you confirm with your master password. The old address gets a notice, and your other devices pick up the new one on their own.
- Your master password and recovery key: Security. See Master password and recovery key.
- Devices: Sync, under Devices.
